They very friendly and relaxed but did not ask any questions related to skills and competencies even when I offered. A good experience in that they were not aggressive or anything like that, but a bit pointless. Then they re-advertised the job on a different platform immediately and I didn't even get a standard rejection email.
Pretty poor process, aggressive interviewers, took far too long to respond to me and candidate experience simply awful. I had doubts about them and having spoken to some people externally cemented my thoughts of this organisation. Old style of interview and questions asked.

The interviewer was bordering on aggressive, constantly interrupting and asking questions about the performance of my current employer, which is irrelevant to the candidates skills and experience. She barked her questions and there is no polite conversation. Im not sure where she learned her recruitment skills but they are desperately poor quality and out of date and as a result I was immediately turned off from wanting to work with this person. This is not someone you want to be giving potential colleagues the first impression of your organisational culture.
TA is a two way street and the days of interviewees needing to just impress you are long gone.
