Library Director called to offer initial interview. The interview was a casual meeting style in an office with the Library Director, Director of IT, with a Librarian, and a Library Clerk coming in to say hello. After some questions and conversation, I was walked down to the office of the Dean of Academic Affairs to meet and talk with him. The Dean had several additional questions about skills and fit in an academic library. Total time in interview was an hour. Was asked to provide missing application data by email in follow up. Offered a second interview. Have not had second interview yet, will update review when that is completed.
