Applied online and was called in for an interview after answering some questions from the receptionist. Interview process was explained clearly to me during the first interview. The hiring manager told me there would be 2 rounds of interviews. First round is to find out if the company and I would be a good fit and second round to go over more of what the company does in detail. The First round questions were easy. I was asked a few questions about my background, career aspirations and why I was interested in Marketing. I had some questions regarding the company and the role but since this was the initial first interview, I wanted to see if I was even going to be brought back for the second round interview before asking my questions. After the first round, the company called the same day and I was invited back for the Second Round interview. Second round was which was a lot longer than the first. The hiring manager broke down the business structure with me very clearly and had me answer some questions of what I would do in certain scenarios. In the end, I was asked if I had any questions. I was able to get all my questions answered and everything was explained to me clearly. Overall, it was a great experience. First round interview is meant to be fast and brief. If they like you, they will bring you back for a second round and go over a lot more information in detail. Good luck!

IT IS A SCAM! Like most marketing companies, they all interview the same , eye contact, some big name company, and promises of grand success of owning your own office and team one day. These marketing companies are getting smarter and smarter but hen you break down their business plan all they do is take advantage of naive college kids by paying them very little for working long hours with little success. If you actually want to start a career and avoid wasting your time avoid applying here.
