The application submission process is one of the worse experiences I've ever had, I can't believe that a company the size of Kellogg would have such a terrible system. Makes you wonder how they stay in business. Was contacted within 2 days by the recruiter and talked with her. She said that I was going onto the panel interview and then complete darkness for 3 weeks. On a Friday afternoon about 2:00, I got an email saying I was selected for the panel interview, here are 4 time slots for Monday, 'hurry to pick your time because they're going fast'. I did the panel interview and one of the interviewers said I would hear back next week. 4 weeks later and I still haven't heard anything. I cannot believe how completely unprofessional this behavior is. How hard is it to send an email?

I applied online. Had a phone interview with the recruiter, and moved onto a panel interview over Teams with the hiring manager and a manager from another division. Interviews went well, everyone was very friendly. Due to the holidays upcoming at the time, they said I'd hear back around the first of January. After that point it was total radio silence. As this was my first choice job, I put off several offers. Emails and phone calls to the recruiter and hiring manager did not get returned, and almost two months from my interview, they finally flipped my application on the career website to "unsuccseful." All in all, an incredibly dissapointing and unprofessional application process. I understand people are busy, but even a one sentence email saying they were moving a different direction would have been very beneficial to me during this job search.

Had a good time meeting the team, going over job responsibilities, and checking out their facilities; however, the interviewer never got back to me, not even to see whether or not I go the job. Extremely unprofessional
