It was a two hour process, it was overall a positive interview, but at last they said that the Director is not available so will call you after 3 days. But there was no response. Very unprofessional. And strange thing was that the HR person didn't took the Interview, but it was the managers. HR Person just collected the documents.

face to face interview , friendly and positive attitude . i have read the history of the company so that gives me an option to talk and ask about the company, the interviewer was friendly and he was impressed that i have been shortlisted for a 25,000 £ stem award the interview was easy to me as i was very cool and confident of my skills of using certain software that company needed . i have been asked about strength and weakness points, and some more basic questions.
