Interviewed by Office Manager who brings in all new agents. Had an extensive conversation with her about the company philosophy, culture, their goals, my goals. It was both pleasant and informative. Also took a personality test that served as a guide for my strengths/traits and areas to be aware of both for myself and especially in working with clients and colleagues. The information was very valuable.
Interview was very quick and casual. They asked me the expected questions: “where do you see yourself in 5 years” “what do you want to accomplish with real estate” and questions like this. They hire you on the spot

Wasn't too formal. It was mostly getting to know each other and whether their culture is a good fit. There was a lot of conversation, though not all of it was helpful.

We reviewed office layout and key employees, reviewed basic employment outline for starting agents. We spent about 30 minutes reviewing training requirements and different aspects of new agent expectations. Discussed support systems for increased productivity
