Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Keller Williams (Tampa, FL) em dez. de 2016
Entrevista
I interviewed from a referral. My resume was emailed to the contact at KW. They emailed me some questions to answer, which I immediately did. Two weeks later they asked if they could call me for a phone interview. That went quickly, they told me the job expectations and asked if I was o.k. with everything. Then they emailed me a timed assessment to take. It felt like SAT questions where you had to fill in sentences with a given word bank, look at a picture and select the pictures that are the same shape at a different angle, pick which word in a series of several that best describes you, select a word in a series of several that doesn't describe you, out of several words which 5 are related in some way, and finally which word in the word bank is the most closely related to the given word. They contacted me to do an in-person interview. I went in and they went over my test results saying I scored very high and was recommended for an executive position. I figured since I scored high they would ask me 2-3 questions as a formality and offer me a position. WRONG! The lady had a stack of about 30 pages and we only got through half. The pages were results of my assessment and she would read a statement and ask me to rate it on a scale of 1-10 of how close the assessment was to myself. For example: "The test shows you are great at solving puzzles. You piece them together in a methodical nature to figure out how to solve the problem. You do well tackling tasks and can handle high critical thinking positions." I rate myself, and then I'm asked why I gave myself the rating. It is then finally followed up with a behavioral question (ex "Tell me about a time you had to solve a problem at work. What was the problem, how did you solve it, what was the outcome?") After doing this 15 times she was notified she had a meeting to go to that she was late to. She asked if I had any questions. I asked a couple and the final one was inquiring when I should expect to hear back from her. She said we still had to do another stack of questions and she would call me to schedule that next week. Seriously!?! Am I applying to be the CEO of Keller Williams, because I thought I was applying for an administrative assistant. I am not going forward with the second part of the interview. I could make more money at Costco being a cashier, and their interview process isn't as intense and time consuming.

They asked me about 15 questions in person (after the email questions, phone interview, and online timed assessment). That wasn't enough, they wanted me to come back for a second interview and it's not worth it for the pay they're offering. Process is too long and grueling, I will apply to other places offering the same amount, without having to jump through hoops.

Several one on one interviews and then interview with multiple higher level employees. Also a personality test to start. It does seem a lot for the type of position and pay.

A bunch of psychological tests that they already know the answers to by the time you get to the interview. They will then ask you questions about yourself, only for them to then tell you that they knew you were never qualified for the job, thus wasting 2 hours of your time.
Extremely long, with many meetings. I'd say it was very intensive for a pretty low risk position. Not really worth the time unless you are 100% sure you want the position.
