Invited to Career Day at Keller Williams office along with two training managers and some sales associates.
The group of applicants were selected fro m students who passed the 63 hour Real Estate course. After the presentation by the Training Managers we had the opportunity to meet individually to discuss one on one meetings in the future. We also met individually with some employees.

I met with the te leader. We went over everything!!! For a new agent, that’s a big deal. I felt so comfortable and knew that I would be in good hands. 6 years later, I feel exactly the same

DISC personality test and interview with the broker, questions about past sales history and experience, talk about past sales, and talk about sales, and talk about sales related to real estate
Decent people, but more of a focus on your personal network and whether or not you can bring clients when looking to join an already established team. If I already had a good network of potential clients I likely wouldn't be looking to join a team to begin with. I was and remain most interested in gaining valuable industry experience more than anything else.
