Knew the hiring manager through another colleague. Consisted of visiting the office, meeting other management members. After I was send the DISC personality evaluation. After completing on my own online, I met the hiring manager again and we went through the personality test. They look for high D personalities. Since it is a commission only position, I don't think it was too hard to get brought on board.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.

No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
