They will usually make you an offer of what your split will be. They tend to minimize your expenses and point out what the positives are.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
