Be prepared to take a short "DISC" personality assessment. This is, basically, what your interview and subsequent determination of hire will be based upon.
I personally feel this to be unfair and rather lazy.

Great and no too hard and friendly people who just want to get to know you and ask a few simple questions amd if you have basic computer skills and a pleasant attitude
3 part interview including personality test. Basically kw version of Meyer Briggs. Also a very bizarrely personal "life goals" interview. It felt excessive given the director of first impression is a fancy name for receptionist that's overworked with additional job duties.

They asked me about my personal goals, meaning family life, relationships, etc..it felt like an invasive and unnecessary dig into my private life outside of work.

Entrevista
Once i applied, I received 2 online tests including the 16 personalities test which i found unique but a little odd. I received a call back for an interview in the office which i attended. I received a second call back to be interviewed with 3 other employees at this location. I received a 3rd call back for a presentation that lasted 2 hours which i found quite interesting since i was only going to be a front desk receptionist . After this presentation, i did not hear anything back and i reached out via email and never received a response. I find it very unprofessional to have my time wasted and not a solid response back.

They quoted back to me my answers to one of the personality tests i took which was a lengthy paragraph created by the website and asked me what i agree most about it and what i dont agree about it.
