The interview was very informative and every question I had was answered before I even asked it. I highly recommend KW because they believe in GOD, FAMILY THEN BUSINESS. they are a great company to work for and provide multiple training videos and education needed to succeed.

Entrevista
I met with a productivity coach for the company. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through all of the benefits the company has to offer. The interview was very balanced, as far as the pros and cons of working with them. Also she set realistic expectations of the current real estate market.

What support do I expect the brokerage I work with to provide?
Very easy. They want you. You are 100% commissioned and you bring all biz to them. Know that! Real estate rarely pays any salary. You must generate the leads. Pay for your advertising etc! It is an expensive business to establish.
