Awful all around! They do not care about you. Many better brokerages out there, do not get trapped there. If you want to have a successful career in real estate find a mentor or people willing to be there for you every step of the way.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
