One on one interview process. The Qualifying Broker went over my DISC assessment and the compensation package. He asked my sales background questions and how aggressive I could be. He was full of excitement and enthusiasm but the most important fact that I liked was that the company's foundation is Christian. They don't force it on you but you can feel it when you walk into the building.

I met with the te leader. We went over everything!!! For a new agent, that’s a big deal. I felt so comfortable and knew that I would be in good hands. 6 years later, I feel exactly the same

Decent people, but more of a focus on your personal network and whether or not you can bring clients when looking to join an already established team. If I already had a good network of potential clients I likely wouldn't be looking to join a team to begin with. I was and remain most interested in gaining valuable industry experience more than anything else.
