Great atmosphere! Fun, energy driven individual. The office layout is amazing. I'm very enthusiastic about attending the training classes and learning more about the real estate business. Everything I needed was in office and accessable to me. They have a social media room for the agents to make reels about upcoming information pertaining to real estate.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.
