Brief introduction of culture and values of the company. General chit chat about my experience, education and personality. Tour around the office, introductions to staff and current agents. Talked for about another 20 minutes about my impression of the company and my general plans for starting my career and my goals for my career.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Entrevista
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
