Entrevista
First round: Phone Interview with the department's Manager, then two rounds of face to face interview with staff and the CEO/owner. The interview process is more or less personal and involves top Management and the Person one would be directly working with (Mid-sized Company approach)

Most important Thing is to show motivation and diligence and of course to have the right character for the Job. The Interviewers are usually directly involved with the Job, so they can examine this pretty thoroughly. I think as long as one suits the Job and has the right character, there should not be any difficult questions.
