Was referred by employee of company for position. Emailed recruiting manager my resume. Received call the following to come in for interview. Interview was easy. Took drug test same day. Competed background check also.

During the covid-19 pandemic my job interview was remotely through Microsoft teams. Excellent and smart way of communication. Moving forward if I ever need to interview again I would definitely request remotely

I went into the office in a neighboring town and was given an interview there with a personnel director to discuss my cv, relevant experience in the field, and qualifications.
They ask pretty basic interview questions.
