Applied online, got a call to come in for an interview. Had to go downtown for two separate in person interviews. One with manager and one with Director on another day. Process took 2 weeks even with an internal referral.

All the questions were very standard, how many REQs are you used to working on at one time?, Turn around time on filling roles...etc...

Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
Pretty straight forward. Know the job description well. They do ask some difficult questions so do your prep work! The person on LinkedIn who did the sourcing didn’t do the best job describing the role.
