Your direct manager will conduct the initial interview. After the initial interview you will need to go for another round of interview with higher management. Reference checking and offer is out.
There will be Kelly training as well.

The interview process was very smooth. The initial call was with a corporate recruiter and then the hiring manager. After an offer was made, I accepted and they kept me updated throughout the onboarding process.
