I met with 3 people from the company I was interviewing for at the Kelly Office. I spoke with my representative before and after the interview. I was contacted the same to to inform me of an upcoming job offer.

Simple series of phone interviews to get acquainted with the recruitment staff, followed by in-person interviews. Pretty typical interview process, very friendly staff, nothing out of the ordinary interview process that you would expect.

After submitting the resume through website. It took about 2 weeks to get a phone interview. The phone interview took about thirty minutes, asking general questions for background, education and related experience.

Over the phone interview explaining job description and pay rate and benefits. Hiring manager calls and asks about your skills and relevant experience to the job posting. They will also ask about your education and background information if the job has sensitivity to a criminal record.
