You meet an agent that will try to match your skills with job openings they may have. Before you get placed into a job assignment, you are asked to perform a drug screen and skills assessment. Overall, the interview was pretty painless. They asked the normal interview questions and didn't throw any curveballs.

During the covid-19 pandemic my job interview was remotely through Microsoft teams. Excellent and smart way of communication. Moving forward if I ever need to interview again I would definitely request remotely

How did you hear about our company and why do you think you would be a great fit if hired.
I went into the office in a neighboring town and was given an interview there with a personnel director to discuss my cv, relevant experience in the field, and qualifications.
They ask pretty basic interview questions.
