I had several things I had to do on computer before the personal interview. It was very direct and easy. I sually freeze up during interviews but I felt very comfortable with this one.

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.
