Three person, on-site panel interview followed by a virtual round 2 interview with senior leadership. Found it very strange and irrelevant to spend nearly half of the interview discussing my time in high school. Kelsan made an offer that about 25% less than my previous job and included no benefits or PTO for 90 days. When I asked to negotiate, the offer was immediately rescinded without any conversation. Could say I dodged a bullet, but mostly just bewildered at just how low-caliber of a job this proved to be. Unless you're starving to death, do not consider employment here.
