It was not a complicated interview. Most of the questions tested my oral skills. They asked me to sell them a pen. They then asked me basic questions about where I went to college and if I had ever tried my hand at handling calls. There wasn't much deliberation by the group interviewing panel after the interview because they gave me an offer which I accepted immediately. I was asked to report to work the following Monday.
