I went to an hiring event and interview process was pretty quick and straightforward. The first step was to interview with an HR person asking about past experience. You’ll then interview with the hiring manager who asks you to connect your experience with the position you are applying for.

Application to offer was very fast and professional. I applied for a position in the morning and was contacted that afternoon for a position they felt I would be better for. Had an interview a couple of days later, with an offer on the same day.
