They give you a phone interview first followed by one in person. They want to make sure you are okay with the hours and are detail orientated. They give you immediate feedback on how the interview went. the questions were all pretty basic. in the one on one interview they give you a timed math test but they also give you a calculator. They just want to make sure you are capable of doing the required basic math the job involves.
