Decent but in some schools influence and source is used. Generally an already employed candidate is favoured as he got experience but if you answer all confidently you're likely to get selected.

Most of the time they have Written + Interview. But some time when there is few people, they just take Interview. They ask questions relating to your skills ( technical and personal ).
