I was contacted by a Kenna recruiter, who then forwarded my resume to the hiring manager. The hiring manager and I had a really great conversation about the culture at Kenna (“We don’t hire jerks” was my favorite takeaway,) the role and vision. After a lengthy zoom interview with the team, then a Zoom interview with another colleague, I was contacted by the recruiter with a verbal offer, and received the written offer the next day. At each step, the recruiters were in close contact and seemed genuinely interested in my feedback about the process. Highly impressive process from start to finish.
