Was interviewed by two young ladies. Both were smug and disinterested from the start. I just moved to Madison from the east coast where I worked for a very large media company. Maybe they were intimidated? Never had that experience before. When I asked them to share their experience working at Kennedy Communications, one gave me two sentences and the other named a couple of accounts and then asked me another question. I walked out, went to another interview and accepted their job offer on the spot. Oddly enough, I received an email almost 2 months later telling me they hired someone "more qualified". Ha, well okay then.

Had a first interview with 6-8 people, and was invited back for a second interview with a different group of 6-8 people. The president of the company was present in both interviews. The original position I applied for was filled, but they extended an offer for a different position. The team I'd be working most closely with took me out for coffee to discuss and answer my questions before I accepted.
