Firstly I had to meet with two members of the HR department. This lasted around 40 minutes and it was a discussion around my cv and some competency questions. Then I was asked to come back for a second interview. I met with two senior members within HR and again was asked several competency questions and then was asked to complete a written exercise. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable in both interviews which made me keen to work at Kennedys even more.
