The interview process had a video interview, assessment day and final interview. Everyone was friendly and the questions were reasonable. The assessment centre was challenging but not too hard. Kennedys seemed to have very good culture and values.

Strength based interview - was relatively informal and nice to get to know the firm better.
Interview lasted about 30 mins, and the other half was open to any questions I had.

quick interview process. 30 secs to prepare and 2 mins to answer. also allowed 2 takes which was very useful. i would say these were relatively easy as they could of been prepped well.
