it was a video pre recorded consisting of three questions, they ask why you want to work there and then two competency questions you have two takes but they will delete the first take if you re record.

Nice - very personal. Two interviewers, both online. Felt very much like a conversation, rather than an interview. This was final round however, so it may be a bit different to other interview formats. This was a specific training contract for healthcare, so I imagine other TC interviews may be a bit more broad in nature - this was very specific.
