I was met by the interviewer, and after pleasantries I proceeded to go over my prior works and experience in architecture, and being new to the field they were very understanding about what experience I did and didn’t have. The willingness to learn and a positive attitude was a plus

It was easy enough to get an interview after some email correspondence. Interviewed with Ken in person. He was friendly and got a follow up offer soon after. LA office closed early last year.
