They had me go through 5 hours of interviews over two days, decided to extend me an offer the day after my last interview, and then one day after that, they decided to close the opening. So, over the course of 3 days, they went from hiring for a position to making an offer for said position to closing the role altogether. In terms of the steps involved, expect the following: The first step is a technical phone screen (1 hour) If all goes well, the next step is an on-site including coding, architecture and behavioral rounds (4 hours) The on-site can be split up over multiple days if needed.
