"Preliminary Step"
They call you in to take a "questionnaire about working for Kent" and a "simple math test". Neither of these are true. The questionnaire is about honesty, whether or not you stole from your past employers, whether you would steal if presented with the opportunity, how you felt about or would you report fellow employees for stealing. Also there were a lot of questions about alcohol use and drug use on the work site of past employers and also whether or not you used them in your personal life. No issues with answering the questions however I did think it was very invasive considering the Charter of Rights and Privacy Acts.
The simple math test was also not as they stated, it was an IQ test administered with 12 minutes to complete the questions.
Nothing difficult about the above, however, very deceptive practice of how they present it to you over the phone. They need to be honest about what they are asking you to do, did not set a good precedent of what it would be like to work for them...thus declined the interview for position
