Applied online, was contacted about a month later to come in and fill out an application, it was an employment application, PI Survey, IQ test, and a questionnaire mostly consisting of multiple questions about if you've ever stolen from a company, how honest you are, etc. Then I was told the Store Manager wanted to speak to me, we had a chat for about 20-30 minutes asking me about my experience and such, was then told I'd hear back in a few days.

Very pleasant interview, I felt that Chris Hatt and Mike Simms were genuinily interested and open. Was more like a chat than an interview. They are great human beens.
