Very straightforward and casual. Asked what I wanted for salary, no trick questions or anything like that. Explained what the job is like and made sure it sounded like something that worked for me.

Scheduled an interview and on the day of I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. Emailed in regards to the no show afterwards and was sent a link to reschedule, where I again waited 25 minutes for no one to show up at the rescheduled time. Complete waste of my time spent getting ready and waiting and extremely unprofessional on their part.
