The interview began with a phone screening, where the interviewer asked me about my previous work experience and why I was interested in the role. Next, I was invited to an in-person interview at the company's office. The interviewer asked me a series of behavioral questions, such as "Tell me about a time when you had to work with a difficult team member" and "How do you handle a high-stress situation?" After the behavioral questions, the interviewer gave me a case study to review and asked me to present my recommendations to the team. The case study was challenging and required me to think critically and come up with creative solutions. Finally, the interviewer asked me some technical questions related to my field of expertise. These questions were also quite challenging, but the interviewer was patient and gave me the time and space I needed to think through my answers.
