The interview process with your company was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. After months of little to no communication, I was told during my second interview that I had been offered the job. On the company’s instruction, I resigned from my current role and was further advised to remove all nails and piercings before starting, which cost me over £100. I was also invited to tour the factory and sign my contract, which was presented as a mere formality.
However, while on the factory tour, I was suddenly informed that I would in fact need to attend a third interview—something I was never made aware of beforehand. Despite already handing in my notice and complying with every request made of me, the third interview ended with me being told I was “overqualified” and should look for work elsewhere.
To make matters worse, I was then told the company had selected a different candidate, only to see the exact same job reposted on Indeed the very next day. The entire process was a complete waste of my time, money, and effort, and showed a total lack of professionalism and respect for candidates.

Entrevista
1- HR call to tell more details about the job;
2- First interview (online): situations questions;
3- Second interview (in site): should be technical questions, but it was the same type of questions as the first step. Interviewers were confused and asked me about salary expectations (defined since the first contact). After 1 month, I am still waiting for some feedback/answer.
