Remote interview via MS Teams through automatic booking system, professional, good set of interview questions. Very friendly and good process overall, heard back quickly via phone call and given feedback.

Interview was with 2 people - department manager and one of the senior secretaries. Usual questions regarding experience and typing/admin skills. Whether I understood the confidentiality aspect of the role. There was then an audio typing test.
