Interviewer from Keville had little or no concept of CPM Scheduling, understanding of critical path management, and also did not apply industry accepted scheduling methods. Did not have an organized presentation of what the company was about, how it conducted business and who was the hiring manager. Candidate beware, this is not a nuturing that trains and empowers its workforce.
