The entire selection process was well-structured and systematic. It started with an Aptitude Test, which focused on assessing candidates' logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability. The questions were designed to test problem-solving skills and time management. Candidates who cleared the aptitude round proceeded to the Technical Interview. In this round, the interviewers evaluated technical knowledge in areas such as programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and core computer science fundamentals. In addition to theoretical questions, practical coding problems were also given to assess hands-on skills. After the technical round, shortlisted candidates participated in a Group Discussion (GD). The GD round tested communication skills, clarity of thought, confidence, ability to present ideas, teamwork, and leadership qualities. It also gave candidates an opportunity to showcase their perspective and reasoning on various topics. The process concluded with the HR Round, where candidates were evaluated on their personality, career aspirations, cultural fit, and overall attitude. The HR round also covered discussions related to compensation, work location, and company policies. Overall, the process was comprehensive and allowed the recruiters to assess candidates on multiple aspects — both technical and interpersonal.
