Interview was a very easy process, just a resume submission and one phone interview I submitted my resume through our university job board, and received an email a few weeks later saying I had been moved to the final round. Very simple phone screen, completely behavioral and walk me through your resume. Almost appeared to me that they had already selected who they wanted before the interview even happened. Got back to me with an offer by the end of the week.
