I applied online and received a phone call within a few days to set up an interview. During the interview, they just explained what the job was - which was not what was posted on the online posting at all. The job is not marketing - its door to door sales. The "interview" did not consist of a single question about my resume. I received an email for a second interview, which I will be declining, as I am not interested in door to door sales. Had this information been available on the job posting - I would have declined an interview, however, I was under the impression that this was a marketing job.

Applied and was called by the HR person the next day. We talked on the phone for about 5-7 min and I was scheduled to come in the following day for an interview. After arriving to the office I was asked to turn in another copy of my resume and fill out a questionnaire sheet. The interview it self was a little odd. The interviewer did not ask many questions he just talked a lot about what they do. After he talked about the company I asked about what exactly the job description was because what he was saying did not match with the title of the job at all. In conclusion the interview was very bad and they flat out lied in the job description. This is not a marketing or advertising job, this is a door to door sales job. They asked me to come in for a second interview and I declined.
