The interview process was very simple and straight to the point, they we very nice. First your have to take a test to see if your right for the job. Then you have to do 2 phone interviews then finally you go in for your one on one with the branch manger

Pretty standard recruiter interview followed by in person.
In person looks for body language, confidence, conversation skills. We will be treated well unlike Wells Fargo. I had a panel interview me. They do ask about existing offers. We have to be honest.

It was a very easy and simple process. Just be yourself and everything will work out. They will ask you lots of questions about yourself and your work ethic. Make sure you know your worth
