I applied online in February. In March a recruiter called me and we briefly went over my resume. By April I had a phone interview. Interview was very easy. At the end the recruiter went over pay. That's when things went south. Pay is $17 and some change. Background check can take up to 6 months. If you decide not to continue the hiring process after they start your background check you will owe the company up to $2000. If you pass the background check and hire you, you will have to stay employed for a year. If you leave before that year you will owe the company up to $7500 for training expenses. I did not continue the hiring process because $17 is not worth it. You will complete a virtual interview. I did not want to move forward.

phone screening interview which lasted 5 mins and then a week later I had an online interview (via skype) and that lasted 30 mins with about 5-10 questions and then had a phone conversation with the field manager and was offered the position later on that day.
