The phone screen lasted about 15 minutes with a person who just makes sure you can form sentences. He probably doesn't listen to what you say, they just listen for a few magic words and they will push you forward in the process. The recorded interview part is awkward. Like most people say, become comfortable with the practice questions before hand. Then when you think you are comfortable, do them once more. Moving on from the recorded interview is a personality assessment. This is where the road ended for me like many others, and it was just as frustrating for me to put forth this effort and time towards this company just to be turned away by some assessment and never receive a normal interview. If this is where most of the candidates are turned away it should definitely be the first step of the interview process. Otherwise the interview process just wastes your time.

It was difficult but if you study and know the product, you should do well. I ended up getting the job but it also depends on the location that you want to be in for the position.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
