Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Keyence (Heathrow, England) em jan. de 2018
Entrevista
First video interview trough HireView.
Then a face-to-face interview with HR manager. At the beginning of that interview, they made me sit a 15 - 20 min physics/mechanics competency test (pretty easy for anyone with a mechanical engineering background). The questions are quite typical at this stage, mainly checking your skills, motivations and understanding of the job. They also ask for a role-play where you pretend to try to sell something to the interviewer. Its ok if you don't sell it to them, just remember to apply to SPIN sales method and be engaging)
Then a face-to-face interview with Managing Director. Pretty laid back; can ask you for role-play again. General questions about your motivations etc.
Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Keyence.
Entrevista
My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.
Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Keyence (Hanói) em abr. de 2026
Entrevista
In the initial round, i have quick interview with the HR staff, and a 30 minutues IQ test (the test was moderate level i think)
I think all people there all pass Round 1 tho

Entrevista
1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
