I sent the application, and afterwards I had to take an online test. I then had a video interview. They asked questions, such as describing a situation where I had to learn something quickly, what my greatest strengths and weaknesses are, and what I liked about the company (I would recommend going on the company website and seeing what it is "passionate" about)

There's a large meeting describing the company and interview process first. Then you're given a pre-recorded interview immediately afterwards, which you're encouraged to do as soon as possible. Priority is given to people who respond soooner.

Large group interviews then broken into smaller groups for sales pitching of the products. Overall the vibe was laid back for a white collar office. The interview was still very tough due to technical questions.
